My Consummetric
My Consummetric is integrated with our Opino survey system to create personalized dashboards and generate reports in HTML, PPT and PDF. It does much more than simply display results, serving as a comprehensive viewer in which users choose which graphs or charts they want to see, create their own formats and design personalized dashboards to share with other members of their organization.
Story telling
We want our findings to be useful for customers, sparking an interest to learn more and inspiring them to take action. This is why we use storytelling methods that are applied to both our research tools and to the way we share results with the teams that will later be working with them. The idea is to use entertaining, motivational and well-founded contents to convey a stimulating, concrete idea.
Video reporting
A sequence of images has the power to synthesize, going beyond works to convey an unmistakable concept. This is why we sometimes opt for short videos to share what we’ve learned during a project: it is an effective way to provide a dynamic understanding of the lessons and serves as a tool to spread information across an organization.
Workshops
Because once we understand the core of the problem, it is necessary to share it and forge a space for learning and discussion with the work teams, bringing in different perspectives and experiences that help determine what the next steps should be. Because experiencing means internalizing and then making things happen.
